We are open to supplying DIY packages for your Owner Builder needs. Come in for a discussion with your approved plans and project and we will be able to see what we can do with our fabrication department.
Victoria Carports offers a documentative permit service for all jobs that require one, acting as the Agent of the Owner and retrieving a building permit. Within this process, it includes:
Attaining Title, Plan of Subdivision, Covenants, and Agreement documents
Preparing a site plan using attained information as well as through satellite imagery
Preparing Elevation drawings of your building and the proposed project
Prepare Building Plans, computations, and Certificate of Compliance for the building surveyor
Preparation of a Major Domestic Building Contract for projects over the cost of $10,000
Preparation of a Domestic Building Insurance Certificate for projects over the cost of $16,000
Check for other permits that may be required such as Town Planning, Build Over Easement permissions, Council Report & Consent permissions, Developer Approvals, or Fire Reports
Applications for the above permissions (at extra costs)
Application Submission Process
Actively communicate with the owner throughout the process at key progress points
Send the owner the Approved Stamped Building Permits and supporting documents, all while taking a copy for our own record documentation.
