All pricing for Initial Quotes are fixed for only 30 days of the date of quotation. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) plus GST (10%) when applicable, these will be shown on each invoice. From date of initial deposit, prices for materials and goods will be fixed for 6 months, after which the price may change due to potential industry increases. We reserve the right to amend the Quotation or Contract amount to take into account any increases in the standard price list at the time of delivery of the materials.
Refunds are open for a duration of 3 days upon date of payment to which no refunds will be offered for change of mind afterwards. In the event that a building permit is not approved, a refund option will open with the initial deposit being returned with the deduction fees for drawing, documentation and application.
After the 3 day refund date, in the event that a customer wishes to cancel their project and contract, for any reason, a cancellation fee of 15% will be charged to cover any materials and services purchased to date.
Customers will be billed upon acceptance of the Initial Quote, 10% of overall Quote + $2200 application fee. 70% of Initial Quote will then be requested prior to delivery of service and goods. Remaining outstanding balance will be due prior to job completion.
Warranty:
For our customer’s peace of mind, all projects at Victoria Carports come with a standard warranty that covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your project as well as any defects in workmanship under normal use. In the event that there is a valid issue upon the business’ assessment, they will repare the product, at no cost, if it is still under warranty. The warranty period for all materials and projects at Victoria Carports is 365 days from the date of completion.
